2. Dispatch Services
Bravo Dispatch LLC provides independent dispatch services to owner-operators and fleet owners in the United States. We are not a broker or carrier. All freight is booked in your name and at your discretion. Our role is to assist with load sourcing, rate negotiation, paperwork, and coordination.
Our standard service fee is 5% of the gross load revenue. This fee is non-refundable once a load has been accepted and dispatched.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Bravo Dispatch LLC, you agree to:
- Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and FMCSA registration.
- Communicate availability and preferences clearly with our dispatch team.
- Respond promptly to booking confirmations and required documentation.
- Operate your equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.
4. Payment Policy
Dispatch service fees are invoiced weekly or per-load depending on the agreement. Payment is due upon receipt and must be completed before new loads are booked. Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel dispatch service at any time by providing written notice. Bravo Dispatch LLC also reserves the right to terminate service at our discretion in cases of non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of agreement.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal, business, or insurance information shared with us is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing dispatch services. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bravo Dispatch LLC is not responsible for delays, missed appointments, freight loss, or damages arising from carrier actions, third-party brokers, or unforeseen events. We do not guarantee load availability or specific rates.
8. Modifications
Bravo Dispatch LLC may update these terms and policies at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
